Almost two years ago, out of the blue, I decided I wanted to go to Kilimanjaro. So, ten days before a group was leaving for Tanzania, I booked the trip (without any kind of preparation). So, when I got there, after the first mile I was already asking myself, “What I’m doing here?” But at that point, I had met Amos, who encouraged me. He told me I could make it, at least to the Base Camp. So, starting that moment, he followed all my steps and really made a difference for me. The second time I wanted to drop out, Amos and the team insisted I should go to the top, so I went. Before Stella Point, at about 5700 m, I felt I had done enough, but that was another moment when Amos was beside me and gave me all the support I needed to get to the top. I made it to Uhuru Peak on the morning of December, 2nd, 2020, because of Amos! I truly recommend him and his team.
